This works perfectly as advertised. It is designed to go over your sheets and not suck them in while creating enough vacuum to lift up natural skin shedding and dust on the sheet. Try it yourself with your Dyson or other similar vac. This product works, even on pillows which you hold with one hand and vacuum up with this attachment tool.

I needed a tool to help keep my bed and sheets clean. I personally wanted to get a Dyson branded one, but found this cheaper third party alternative. When next to my other official attachments, you wouldn't be able to tell this was any different. Highly recommend.

This is a niche tool, but it's useful when you need it. If you want to clean your mattress or even the upholstery of your furniture, this tool is great because it creates a very small, tight seal that really pulls out dust from fabric. The plastic is of medium quality, so I don't think it is the most adorable long-term, but for the price, it's hard to find fault. It fits on my Dyson vacuum, but the connection was slightly loose, which didn't seem to affect the performance of the tool.

I got this because I have two long haired cats and so my couch and recliner are just covered in fur, and it really gets into the fabric. I didn't want to pay for a "genuine" Dyson one, and this seemed like it would do the trick, so for like $9 I figured why not try it. Pros: - It attaches to my Dyson perfectly (V15 Detect Absolute), like any other Dyson tool - The little fabric strip that's on it to rake up the hair works VERY well, one slide across the recliner and a shocking ball of fur appeared Cons: - While it rakes up the hair, the suction power isn't great so I'm kind of left with clumps of hair that I have to manually feed into the nozzle (I assume the way that the opening is designed is just not great, because otherwise I have no problem with suction on my Dyson) - It feels rather flimsy, but you get what you pay for Overall I don't really think it's worth it, I have the Dyson hair screw tool that came with my vacuum and it works much better (the only reason I got this is because I had hidden that tool away in the closet and forgot that I had it!). But for $9, if you don't have the hair screw tool and don't want to pay Dyson prices for the "genuine" tools, go for it.

Looks like my mattress is cleaner, I have used it only once so far, but it seems like everything is cleaner. Great value for the cost!

Attachment pipe is too short, therefore hover actually touches sofa or bed and prevents full suction.

This attachment is just as good as the real Dyson attachment that I got with the vacuum. Not sure why people would talk about suction. That is determined by the vacuum itself. Not the attachment.
