Not as good as expected
There are a few places on the frame that have not been paint coated so I'm sure these will rust, however, we only saw this once we were installing it and due to its heavy weight we had help to install so didn't want the hassle of returning it. The left bracket was also not working but my son managed to alter it - so if you have an engineer son you should be okay! It looks nice up and the handle mechanism works very well so easy to get it up and back in again. It's been up for a short time and has already faded distinctly along the scalloped edge which is disappointing. We have to wind it all the way in when there us any wind at all.It does seem water resistant as stated which is good and it's certainly nice to have up in this fabulous heat we're now having.

Good quality product-but requires two people to manhandle it into place as it’s rather heavy.
