Lightweight and easy to move. When collapsed it is about 6 inches thick and can fit behind a door for quick easy storage. it is great for little dogs and for training a puppy to stay in a specific room. It is easy to open and place and the four piece one is great for the wide opening between rooms. Due to it being made of a lightweight wood it is functional but not built for a child to be around because they could pull it over or pinch a finger.

Coming back 6 years later to say it’s held up this far, 3 dogs, 2 kids, moved a few times. Completely worth it. Part of the bottom broke very recently, but nothing a little nail or wood glue couldn’t fix. It’s gone through the wringer and has been pulled on and pushed all around. Used as a laundry drying rack, makeshift table … would buy again, but it’s lasted this long.

This pet gate is a lightweight gate that can be used for smaller animals. I wouldn’t use it for larger animals. The quality is as expected.

Perfect for grandma’s house! Gate is cute and sturdy enough for what is needed. The size is exactly as advertised and per measurements. I am babysitting my grand-dog for the weekend and wanted her to have a secluded place only as needed for her to stay in. She has her kennel here, but I wanted her to feel free to have some room for just herself. This gate works perfectly. She is a bulldog and although stocky she’s short in stature. Obviously, if she wanted to break through she could, but that’s not an issue. Highly recommend!

It's made pretty cheap and definitely priced too high. There's got a be better options out there, but it does work when it comes to making my dog think twice about getting through a doorway, but it's so lightweight that if she's determined she could go straight through it. Probably should be half the price for it's quality.

I use these gates outside to prevent my small dog from using the steps ti our pool area. They do the job, look good and if I can easily move it to another area if needed. They are well made, sturdy and keeps my dog from using the steps

My cat used to like to run out our front door and down our steps (she is an inside cat with no claws and caused us older folks a great deal of distress trying to get her back in), but once I got this gate set up (no assembly required) and put it across the top of the stairs, it has stopped her in her tracks COLD. She has tried escaping about 6 times now, stops cold and confused looking at this gate and turns around and goes back inside. She has basically stopped trying! I love that it is so easy to move around, I make it zig-zag like in the picture most of the time as it supports itself easily. Just one note ... the wind can push it over, especially if it is straight across, since it is pretty light and there is nothing holding it strong in place other than how you have angled it or leaned it against walls, etc. Love that I do not have to attach it to anything to stop her escape plans!!

Awesome doggie gate! It stays in place, very sturdy and you can use it two different ways by turning it upside down depending on where you want it to fold.

We use this to stop our 4yr old “trained” rottie from accessing the stairs and would not be an obstacle for him if he decided to jump it or push it out the way. It’s freestanding which means we can move it around the house as needed. We’ve had it for some time now and it remains in excellent condition.
