It feels sturdy and holds my laptop, notebook, makeup pouch and wallet plus a little extras. This is a fine bag for work and it doesn't come with a logo at all so you are only getting the design and nothing else.I think if people complain so much about the quality of this bag, or worried that they are being "fake" they can just go and get the real Hermes Birkin for $12,000.00+ or by a similar design from an entry-level luxury designer, like Michael Kors or Kate Spade. If they can shell out a few extra thousand dollars, the Saint Laurent Sac Du Jour is an excellent bag similar to the Hermes Birkin.
