I dont know what it meant by how the product fits. But the mug is so adorable I want like 10 of them haha. I love that the logo is on both sides for right handed and left handed people. That was one thing that always irks me as a coffee drinker is that the lables are so darn cute but only if your left handed ha, ha. I'm not making fun of left handed people. It's just I love to show off the art work of a mug especially when it's as cute as it is. I did see a few little specks that were a dent on the rim of the mug but seriously you cant see them all that much so no worries. Only thing that would have made this cauldron mug cuter was having a little witchy spoon that goes in the handle. I've had tea and coffee out of it already it's perfect for one cup. I havent tried soup I dont think it's that big. It is dish washer safe but be careful, this mug does get hot almost like aluminum mugs do however dont let that discourage you from this cute little mug. I'd give it ten stars if I could.

only thing is i'm afraid to use it in the nuker. but that's no big. i just won't heat it that way. that aside, i love it. it's a bit bigger than i thought but it's not crazy big either... about 10 to 12 ounces instead of my usual 6-8 ounces i'm used to. it just means i add more oat milk to my coffee. :) and the little cauldron feetsies not only being cute but making it so very stable... did i mention i love this mug? XD

I ordered two mugs. I wasn't sure if I'd receive the larger soup size as some reviewers had mentioned, or the smaller mug as described. Both of the mugs I received were the size described, both hold 12 ounces comfortably. The text was only on one side, I would have preferred both sides. One mug was perfect, the text centered, no wobble. The other mug had a slight wobble and the text was crooked. Again, quality also seems to be random luck. Cute, worth the price if it's your lucky day.

Mug is so cute! I have to my mother as a bday gift and she loves it. First order came broken but when I went on Amazon and fill it out they were fast and easy. Will order again
