It has a powerful taste that’s mostly sweet, with a hint of lemony tang. The combination works! It’s excellent salmon or salad topper. I even like to mix it with Liquid Aminos to pair the vinegar’s sweetness with some salt. There are even some inadvertent health benefits: The robust flavor stands on its own when I drizzle the vinegar on top of my salads, so I don’t even need to add oil. Unlike some other balsamic vinegar purchases I’ve made online, this bottle big enough that the value for money is sufficient. I am such a satisfied customer that I bought two more bottles immediately after trying this vinegar to ensure that I don’t run out!
