Primarily where I was splicing track pieces together. When I was punching out some of the skinny pieces on one of the sheets, I had to re-glue some of the layers together. I used some simple clips and Elmer's glue to put it together. I built this as a project to see if it would be a good activity for my granddaughters. They are only nine, so the early steps would be easy enough but the final assembly is way to complex for their age. **Q: Do these do well in hot/humid locations for extended times?** A: Hot environments would be OK. I would not recommend too humid environments since over time, wooden parts may start to lose their shape depending on the level of humidity of course.
