USB Receiver for JOYACCESS Keyboard and Mouse Combo(for Model No.: JA-CB2, JA-CB2R) -New Version Since July.2018

It actually works. I had to try the instructions a few times, but it finally worked. You have to follow the instructions for the keyboard and mouse separately.

Is not compatible with the Joyaccess KB2US keyboard. I have tried all the possible instructions there are in the comments and their website and none of it works.

JOYACCESS model JK3FR / KB2ES (Keyboard and Mouse) For Spanish keyboard and similars, press | Esc | and | ¿ ¡ | key (or key left at side of Backspace key) at the same time, until turn on battery led in keyboard. After, quickly connect USB receiver to PC / Laptop. For mouse, turn off the keyboard and disconnected USB receiver. Turn ON the mouse, and after press button Wireless conection for some seconds, until led turn on (Led turn on in scroll mouse), after, quickly connect USB receiver to PC / Laptop. I had all but given up, all the instructions weren't working. For clarification, I have the rechargable keyboard and mouse, model JK5US and M5-REC. I was about to buy a whole new set after breaking my reciever and this one not working BUT these directions I found in the customer reviews worked for mine--so give them a try before throwing in the towel. A BIG thank you to the person who wrote this out! Directions: All I did was click "esc + =" on my keyboard first then I plugged in the usb to my laptop and followed the instructions on the screen it told me to press the key "Z" to the right of the shift key on the left side of the keyboard and the key "?" to the left of the shift key on the right side of the keyboard and it worked Then you unplug the usb from your computer/laptop for the mouse setup. Then for the mouse I made sure it was on and I clicked the little wifi button on the back of it a red light showed up in the front and then I plugged in the usb again and it worked.

SUCCESS!!! I only bought this model because of the reviews. I have a joy access KB2US 2.4 gig, wireless keyboard and mouse. I had to combine two different sets of directions from the reviewers. For the keyboard I used this from another reviewer, “… click "esc + =" on my keyboard first then I plugged in the usb to my laptop and followed the instructions on the screen it told me to press the key "Z" to the right of the shift key on the left side of the keyboard and the key "?" to the left of the shift key on the right side of the keyboard and it worked” Then for the mouse I used the directions from the attached picture. For the $7, well worth not replacing my set.

This did not work with the KB2US Joyaccess Keyboard. If you find a receiver that is compatible with this product please let me know! I was unable to get in contact with the manufacturer to confirm this would be compatible with my keyboard so I bought it in hopes that it might. I haven’t seen another USB receiver from this company that says it would be compatible with my keyboard. I would air on the side of caution and not buy this product unless you are absolutely certain that you won’t lose the receiver.

I just got it and it was easy to pair with the JK3US combo. When paring the mouse, click the wireless button on the bottom. A red light will turn on in top of the mouse. Then plug the usb receiver on the laptop. For the keyboard, I followed the instructions. First "ESC" + "=", then a red light turns on, and then you plug the usb into the laptop. I paired mine with a MacBook and everything seems to work perfectly!

It didnt work with my JK3

It worked well for about 3 weeks then the usb fell apart. I ordered a new one but the pairing instructions were useless. The company kept fobbing me off by changing the pairing instructions. They also insist that you can press and hold two buttons on opposite ends of the keyboard and turn the keyboard on all at the same time. Maybe if you had 3 hands!

Worked perfectly! Just follow the initial instructions from the keyboard to sync

Kopplung gemäß Beschreibung hat so nicht funktioniert. Bei Lesen von Rezensionen die richtige Idee gehabt. += Taste, die in den Beschreibungen zusammen mit ESC Taste gedrückt werden muss, gibt es nicht bei der deutschen Tastaturbelegung. Bei US Tastaturen ist es die Taste links von Backspace. Diese Taste beim Einschalten zusammen mit ESC verwenden und dann geht es.
