This is perfect for a diaper caddy. This caddy stays in my living room for quick easy changes. The pockets are great. I use one for diapers, one for the changing mat and wipes, and the other for diaper cream/lotion/nose sucker,hairbrush. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a diaper caddy.

I'm not quite sure how I feel about the felt material just yet. However it is roomy and a perfect size to go on my bedside table for baby. Was able to stuff plenty of diapers, wipes, and a sleeper for when my newbie comes home and still have plenty of pockets for other stuff.

Good quality thick felt! I bought this to have in the bedroom for night feedings and diaper changes. Also, great to take in the car with all the necessities. Would be a great gift to fill and add a bow.
