I purchased the Ultrasonic Jewelry Cleaner Kit on April 12, 2020. I am sorry I did. When it is running, you can barely hear any noise to indicate it is working. When I lift the lid, I see a very pretty blue lite, but not even one bubble, never mind the millions of tiny bubbles they are talking about. All this machine delivers is a timer. In other words, from what I can see, you can obtain the same cleaning from putting your rings and things into a bowl of water and add their solution to it. Let it soak and use you watch to time the amount of time your jewelry soaks in the bowl and there you go. Returning items is not easy so purchasing this Ultrasonic Jewelry Cleaner is money down the drain. Oh well, maybe I really need to go back to buying stuff from local stores. June 11, 2020 This is an update to my initial review. After this review, Love & Pieces reached out to me. They do stand behind their product 100%. They sent me a new machine immediately and it just took a couple days to arrive. I tried the new machine and obviously the first machine was a lemon because the second machine cleaned my jewelry very nicely. I could tell the difference in the sound the second machine made compared to the sound the first machine made. This company is great to work with and I can recommend this product for keeping your jewelry clean and sparkling. I am glad I ordered this jewelry cleaner.

Can't believe I'm here reviewing a jewelry cleaner, but so be it. I got it for my wife because, well, I paid a whole lot of money to buy her shiny jewelry years ago (really, it was just one tiny ring-fingered item in particular) that now looks all dingy. When this machine came, she basically took everything she owned and dumped it into the basket and ran one 10-minute cycle and started beaming because she said it all came out sparkling. I was skeptical so I did it with the only piece of jewelry I own (a titanium ring...don't judge), and yep, sure enough this thing looks waayyyyy shinier. You can see before and after pics above. My ring's pretty dinged up, so ignore that, but it's pretty clear how smudged and grody it looked before and how smooth and shiny it comes out after the cleaning. The machine is super easy to use. Just fill the tub up with water, mix in 5 capfuls of the included cleaning liquid, put your crown jewels into the basket and put the basket in the tub. Then click a button to run it. It's got a bunch of time settings, but I ran it on the longest setting (10 minutes), because why would you run it on a shorter setting? Personally, if I'm getting my clean on, I'm going full clean every time. Anyway, the pics speak for themselves. Kinda surprised a kit like this isn't wildly expensive, but here we are in 2018. Humanity has come so far. Sarcasm aside, this here's a well-built machine that does its job really well.

This was a really easy to use machine. The only disadvantage for the machine is that you will need to ensure it is unplugged once you are done and have to empty and clean it out. The fluid from the machine will ultimately run down whatever side you are pouring it out of, so don't empty it where the fluid will run over the front where the control buttons are located. It is also recommended to empty over a sink that is large enough otherwise the fluid will get every where. The buttons are large and easy to use. Put water in with a ultrasonic cleaner of your choice up to the max fill line indicated on the stainless steel interior. Recommend putting the basket in the machine (with the jewelry, etc.) when doing this so the disbursement of these items will not exceed the max fill line if added after the water and cleaning fluid is added prior to adding the basket and whatever items you are cleaning. The cleaning solution that comes with it is not as effective as other solutions I've used. It did okay, but only if the jewelry, etc. has no oxidation on it. In our household we wear a lot of .925 silver jewelry that is prone to oxidation and the cleaner was not suitable for that use at all. Only one of jewelry pieces was heavily oxidized while the rest had very little oxidation. The cleaner didn't make a dent in any of the oxidation on any of the pieces and I even put the jewelry through three 10-minute cleaning cycles changing the water and solution each time. When I used another ultrasonic cleaner from a local chain store that is in almost every city, those cleaners did a great job with this machine and even the heavily oxidized piece came out clean. The cleaner did a great job on my husband's glasses and stainless steel watchband. I do have a few gold pieces that it did a good job on as well. But for my purposes and the bulk of the cleaning I would use the machine for I will not purchase additional supplies of the cleaner. But greatly appreciate the seller for including the solution because one never knows how something will work if it is never tried out. Overall for this price point I'm not disappointed. The machine was easy to use, the instructions for use were easy to understand and it was nice to get a full sized bottle of the cleaner to try so it can be utilized on various things at different times in order to see how it works in different scenarios. While the cleaning solution was not suitable for my use, it is always beneficial to be able to try it as part of the kit because it may be suitable for other applications or jewelry other than the type of silver jewelry I purchase. The machine does a good job once you figure out which cleaning solution works for your needs.

This product is awesome! I received it on time and the seller sent me a nice e-mail right after my purchase, thanking me for purchasing their product and let me know if I was not 100% satisfied I could return for a full refund, no questions asked. After cleaning my husband's wedding ring and seeing the awesome results, you would have to pry it out of my hands to get it back! The ring is my husbands wedding band and after 30 years of marriage there was so much dirt in the openings on the bottom of the ring it became too difficult to clean and there was no shine in the diamonds. Even our jewelry store could not get the ring cleaned. This is what lead us to research cleaning machines and eventually purchase this product. So this ring was the test. I was amazed at how well the Cleaning Machine and Solution cleaned the ring - every diamond slot in the bottom of the ring cleaned out perfectly and now the diamonds sparkle. The second test was a Silver Dollar that had masking tape residue on it. We never wanted to use harsh cleaners on the Silver Dollar, but decided to drop it in the Cleaning Machine to see what happened. It softened up the residue enough for me to use a soft brush to remove the residue and put a tremendous shine on the Silver Dollar. Because these two items were so dirty, we left them in the Cleaning Machine for the max time, then removed them and brushed with a soft brush. We did this about three times on each and the results are just amazing! All of our other jewelry cleaned-up beautifully in the shortest amount of cleaning time. We couldn't be more happy and pleased with this product and I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Very simple to use.. comes with concentrated liquid cleaner, add a few drops and plain water. My pandora jewelry looks amazing. For heavily soiled pieces, run twice. Makes almost NO NOISE. No bubbles, it is ultrasonic so it starts with a little buzz. **NOTE** The basket goes all the way into the water, so your items are submerged in water. IT IS NOT STEAM.. It is ultrasonic cleaning but your stuff is in 2 inches of water. So make sure your watches are WATERPROOF. Read warning about certain stones, opals, tanzanite etc that should not be cleaned with this.

My mom is very picky, especially when it comes to her jewelry. She didn't want a machine that would vibrate her diamonds out, so I was sure to choose this one that didn't! She was skeptical at first but she loves it! Uses it at least 3 times a week. She says it cleans her diamonds just as well as if she were to go back to the store she bought her diamonds from and asked them to professionally clean them. After a couple of months of heavy use the machine stopped to work, but i contacted the seller and they were extremely understandable and nice. Got back to me right away and they are sending us a new machine! Great product, great customer service! Highly recommend for someone who enjoys the sparklier things in life!

Great purchase. Works as good as the jewelers. Never disappoints always leaves my jewelry sparkling and is gentle .

I've had this product for a couple months now and all is does is soak the jewelry. There are no teeny bubbles, the jewelry doesn't move at all in the basin, all it does is count down the timer and have a blue light. I get the same effect soaking my jewel in a bowl of jewelry solution. The solution works ok but I wanted the ultrasonic cleaning! I was hoping this would work for glasses and makeup brushes too with appropriate cleansers but the basin isn't quite large enough to fit mine, not that it works anyway. Overall for my jewelry, I'm super bummed.

As it is said. Not easy to drain unfortunately 😕. Cleaned everything really nicely 😌

Greatest thing since sliced bread!

Bought this to replace one I had for over 20 years. After less than a year the lid hinges broke. Very disappointed!
