Rollers were easy to install following the instructions from the service manual available online. Installing these rollers fixed the paper feed and paper jam issues I was having with my CP2025. Quality of the parts is close to the original. Works great!

HP2025 printer would print one sheet correctly and then I would receive a paper jam error. Installed this kit and no more paper jams. Would have been nice if installation instructions had been included.

During the install, make sure the plastic bar piece on the separation roller clicks back into place. Otherwise, the printer will fail to pick up paper and make a continuing clunking sound until it declares a jam in tray 2.

The quality is work. It picks a couple papers and then stops working and I have to wait for an hour and again it works a little. I turn printer off and then it works for few pages. Very bad.

I only used the two primary wheels because it was a matter of the paper not feeding. I have 25 years in IT and I know the hit or miss that many of these items are. The one popped in if you followed the instructions and has been working ever since, for about 500 pages so far. The main issue to start was that every other page got hung up coming out of the tray. Definitely worth the price and better that tossing your printer in the trash. Funny my company tossed it in the trash because it kept jamming. Their loss.

After installing with these replacement rollers, my printer can pickup the paper again.

Ordered these HP CP2025 rollers to fix a recurring paper jam in my Hewlett Packard CP2025 color laserjet printer. To replace the roller, you must set the printer in maintenance mode and sit it on its back panel - search Youtube for "HP CP2025 pickup roller replacement". Once I replaced the rollers, the printer no longer jams! Thanks!
