Was the piece I want in the begin
Will be vary helpful this spring when we buy more baby chick's

Cheap materials, not worth it
The scalpel was too small, and could barly cut cardboard, it ripped the skin and flesh more then it cut. The rib spreader wasnt long enough to reach the bone, it barley passed the skin and flesh, so you have this open wound exposing the ribs, but wont grab the ribs to spread them. I ended up having to close the bird up, and gave up on the caponising surgery. The Poor bird :(
