Received the product with little scratches on it, it might me coz of handling however since it is just paint that is scratch, product is in good condition. Great quality can handle the weight of my cycle around 13 kg easily. Easy to install if you have drilling skills, else you have to hire drill machine or person who can drill the holes in wall for you. Product doesn't come with screws you have to purchase it from hardware shop, please buy 1.5 inch screw with little bit thick in gaze.

Disappointment as item is not complete
Received this item incomplete.Could not be assembled as nuts are missing. Will go to market to find matching nuts. Disappointed..
