Does this taste bad? or have a taste at all? unsure whether to order this one or a flavored one? Thanks for your help.

I don't notice any problem with it. I tried a flavored (caramel), non-pill (solid at room temp) form that I figured I could add to hot drinks. Now that was a bad idea! If you are bothered by the fishy taste/smell, simply refrigerate or even freeze. By the time it thaws/dissolves, it should be pretty far along in your digestive tract. Hope this helps!

I read somewhere this is good for helping reduce cavities..can someone maybe confirm this before Buy?

Yes I can confirm it helps grow back bone as long as you have calcium in your everyday diet. I took xrays at my dentist which showed I needed 4 cavities. After taking the cod liver oil for 6 months all the cavities had gone away, my sensitivity and pain had gone away and my new xrays baffled my dentist and parents because it showed I did not have the cavities anymore.
