It's lightweight but also a little flimsy. You'd need to be careful what size of pot or plant you put in it. It's also quite soft so you have to place the pot and plant pretty carefully to get it to balance well.It does look nice though and as its lined with plastic it does the job well enough.UPDATE: almost 2 years after buying this is still going strong. The plant I keep in it has grown considerably and this plant hanger is still great.
