Over the years and following three pregnancies and natural births of big, bouncy babies, several gynaecological surgical procedures finally resulting in a complete hysterectomy swiftly followed by the joys of surgical menopause!! Suffice to say the old pelvic floor had taken quite a battering and the basic kegels just weren't cutting it and made little to no difference even though a specialist pelvic floor therapist had checked to make sure I was doing them correctly. There was just no muscle tone or strength down there at all, bladder control was so poor and I would need the toilet often and holding it in just wasn't an option and almost led to a couple of near misses and leakages on more than a few occasions. I tried regular walking and squats alongside the kegels in the hope of some improvement but frustratingly still no noticeable change. I invested in the Aquaflex weighted cone system and used as instructed for a good few months but again to no avail. I realise now just how useless that was in its design and performance; oddly shaped, shiny and slippery plastic material, a feeble thin wire tail and a nightmare to keep clean and free of bacteria especially in the grooves of the screw fitting. It looks great, feels great and above all works! Each of the 6 "drops" is already weighted so no faffing about inserting weights manually. Lightest pink is the lowest weight through to the darkest pink being the heaviest and you gradually work through in order. The Bodyotics system is elegant in its design, gorgeous in its appearance and luxurious in its feel, everything comes perfectly packaged in a sealed, compact and robust tin with a velvetsoft pouch also included if you were travelling away but still wanted to keep up with your pelvic floor training....just take along the Pear Drop weight you are currently working on so your progress doesn't lag. The silicone material is soft, comfortable and a joy to use. It inserts so easily with just a hint of water based lubricant and the textured design further helps with the hold and grip once inserted. Just 15 minutes use a day is sufficient for results but I tended to use for up to 30 minutes because of how dire my situation was. I spent several weeks on each weight before moving up to the next, I was in no rush to hurry through the programme and was just grateful that I had finally found something that was working for me so slow, gradual and consistent was my motto of use. It might be an anatomical issue why this system has worked for me where others didn't but I saw results very quickly and early on, my bladder control improved dramatically which was so pleasing and made me determined to continue using in the hope of further progress. Once you have reached your desired results, it is a case of maintaining your progress by regularly using the heaviest weight which delightfully is the stage I am now at! I currently use once, sometimes twice a week for just the recommended 15 minutes and I am pleased to report everything is as it should be. The Pear Drops are so simple to wash and keep clean so if you are somebody prone to uti's and such, then you don't need to worry about germs and bacteria getting where they shouldn't. For me personally, the performance of this product has been a solid 10/10 and I would highly recommend others to give it a try, it truly is life changing if it works for you and has drastically improved my quality of life where a weak pelvic floor had made me miserable for going on 20+ years so it's never too late to tackle this annoying issue. There are cheaper alternatives on the market but this is worth its weight in gold for me and for the difference it has made to my life, I would pay the price ten times over because there were times I had resigned myself to forever suffering the effects of a weak pelvic floor because further surgery whether on the NHS or privately to attempt to fix things was an absolute no no for me. Very impressed with these! I've been contemplating getting these for a while as things haven't been the same since having a 9lb6 baby 17 months ago... nothing too bad but things did need some improving! These come on a lovely storage box, very discreet but pretty. The weights are very simple to use, comfortable aswell. I followed the instructions and have been doing the exercises daily for about 15mins. It's been just over two weeks and the difference is amazing! I've not had to make a mad dash for the loo when I've had to wait a bit longer than usual which has given me a bit more confidence. The biggest difference has been in the bedroom ! Both me and my fiancé have noticed a big change and it's like being in our 20's again! This is only after 2 weeks and I saw improvement in the first week alone. We're both very happy with the results so far so I'll continue to use these everyday. Yes you do have to work for those 15mins and not just sit with the weight there but honestly for the benefits it's definitely worth it. It can take a little getting used to but stick at it, every woman should have these they are fantastic!

Great presentation, cool shape and easy to identify graduated weighting. Very easy to use, comfortable. Missed a trick on no gel included as a starter, which was a shame. Ebook didn't automatically email but corrected very quickly by customer service after messaging using their 'did it arrive' option.

I wasn’t these would Evan work but was willing to try anything after having no success with keggles alone . And all I can say is they’re brilliant . I’m still on the first weight . You use each of the six weeks so all in the process takes twelve weeks . You could use each one longer if you wanted to . But so far Iv been useing the first weight for 12 days and I can already feel a difference. The weight isn’t going in quite as easy and my muscles seem to have just appeared again from no were . It’s amazing . I am being very stricked using six times a day and going 15 sets of keggles on each round . I also just walk about with it in for a few hours and your constanley holding it in place with means shout muscles are doing the work they need . I didn’t expect to see any results to be honest and if I did I expected them to be very small results probally at the end of the twelve weeks but so far I can already feel big results . So am very exited to see what the results will be after I have actually used them all over the space of twelve weeks honestley after twelve days I can feel the difference . So I recommend giving them a go .

This was delivered promptly after ordering. Packaged well from amazon. I can’t say enough great things about this product. Firstly they look great, they are in a lovely discreet storage box. They have easy to follow instructions that you download (Ebook) I sent the company an email and they sent the ebook to me promptly. They are easy to clean, easy to use and aren’t painful to use. I’ve only been using them for a few days and already feel they are helping after years of neglecting my pelvic floor after having children. Finally the price is amazing, I looked at a lot of different products to help with the issues I’m experiencing and was shocked at how expensive some were!! For under £30 these are an absolute bargain for a high quality product 😃 Really happy and would highly recommend!!

The packaging is lovely, the kegel balls look very nice. However I have two issues: 1. The weights may not very heavy for some - I could use the heaviest one while doing jumping jacks and squats for 15 minutes on the first day. 2. Personally I found the material irritating even with lube. So I have stopped using them because of that, even though keeping them in was okay. Probably better if you have issues with incontinence or after childbirth but not for younger fit women. Also the silicone material may irritate some. It really seems like a lovey product but not for me.

I have recently had a baby and whilst I didn't end up giving birth naturally (emergency c-section!), I was finding that my pelvic floor could let me down at times with slight urinary incontinence. At the age of 28 this wasn't really something I was happy to accept! I had heard of and even researched kegel balls in the past but was always a little dubious about taking the plunge but decided to start getting back to full health and this was one area I wanted to focus on. They come beautifully packaged in a pink box with a velvet pouch for travel if required. I didn't receive the instructions via email so got in touch and they immediately resent them to me! I have to say that I haven't yet used these nearly as much as I want to (or ought to!). However, the couple of times I have used them I have noticed a dramatic difference. I must admit that all through pregnancy i was being told to do pelvic floor exercises... I tried but in all honesty had no idea if I was doing it right! These weights enable you to contract exactly the right muscles and so even when you dont have the weights in you can do your pelvic floor exercises much more effectively because you know where to squeeze and how it should feel! As many people have said, the first time I used the lightest weight it came straight back out! Took a little getting used to but the next time was much easier and I noticed a real difference in my control even after one use! Definitely improves sexual pleasure too which is an unexpected bonus! Honestly don't hesitate to buy these, your future self will thank you!

These kegel weights are brilliant. I previously bought some that were made of shiny plastic that you put little weights inside… which inevitably just slid out due to the surface and the environment… these ones are made of soft silicone like many intimate toys and they are very well designed. I’ve used them for about a week and I’ve already managed to progress to the 80g (third) weight. They come in a fab box which is also used to store them - they also come with a carry pouch which I assume is in case you are going on holiday and want to keep up your exercises. The weights are super easy to clean and then just pop back into place in the storage box. You get a ‘quick start’ guide and a link to download an ebook which is very useful - it has info about the pelvic floor and beginner/intermediate/advanced exercises. Those other useless ones I bought said to literally just put them in and go about your business for 20 mins, whereas these ones come with active exercises not just passive exercise. I would definitely recommend these weights and I think they are excellent value for money - there’s nothing cheap about the packaging or the product. They also come heat shrink wrapped so you don’t have to worry about them being previously ‘used’ I’m looking forward to seeing good results soon!

Die Kugeln sind super verpackt. Man kann die kleine Dose, ohne Scham, auf dem Nachtisch stehen lassen. Die verschiedenen Gewichte sind echt gut. Die Farben steigern sich mit der Größe der Kugeln. Die Kugeln haben eine gute Haptik. Und lassen sich, bitte wasserlöslichem Gleitgel, sehr gut einführen. Das E-Book zum Download ist sehr gut und informativ. Die Übungen sind, wenn man sie richtig macht, schon anstrengend. Schon nach ein paar Tagen, mit der kleinsten Kugel, konnte ich eine leichte Verbesserung spüren. Wichtig ist: Du musst, wie jeden anderen Muskel auch, regelmäßig und richtig trainieren. Von nichts, kommt nichts!! Ich werde sie auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen
