Smooth
I get dark roast because of GERD. The darker the roast, the less acid. That being said.... Every time I brew a cup... Basic with literal sugar and soy milk, it tastes like a cup of hot cocoa made with a darker chocolate. So good. Very smooth. And in the summer, it cold brews up easily as well. Between this and black silk by Folger's, coffee can become luxurious.

The Best
It has the best dark roast coffee flavor I have ever tried. I love it!!! Other dark roast coffees are blah now. Love the new container. 1850 is my favorite coffee, I will not switch.

Best Dark Roast from Folgers!
Why did you pick this product vs others?: I love a good dark roast, and this one excels. Folgers' best dark roast yet, with eco-friendly packaging that replaces plastic or steel containers. Next, replace those heavy, environmentally unfriendly bags; these fit shelves neatly. I hope more companies adopt this packaging. So far, only Folgers and Mentos Gum use it, but they quickly became my favorites, partly due to the clever packaging.

Excellent item but dear
Comparing the price to the ounces is disappointing. Too pricey, therefore I pick and choose when to buy, and it's going up in price by the day. I am choosing to blame the current circumstances in our country and will keep an eye on my favorite coffee.
