Love it! Cleans my Jewelry like a professional. Well worth the money, durable size is perfect and not a lot of noise. Best decision I’ve made, no more going to the jewelry store to get my rings cleaned. Awesome little machine!!!

In combination with my ultrasonic jewelry cleaner and topping it off with this steamer, I’m very happy with the way that my ring turned out. It’s not at the same level as what you get back from the jeweler, but this is a *home* steamer, not a professional jeweler’s steamer. And I am not complaining! My ring setup requires very detailed, very careful cleaning work. And this will do the job.

I’ve purchased a few jewelry cleaner machines and have had to return all of them because they jiggle the jewelry which could cause prongs to come loose and overall yield no results. Items still looked dirty. I took a chance on this little steamer unit, bought the used option on Amazon and also bought ribber tipped stemostat scissors. The machine does come with tweezers, but I just found it easier to hold items with $7 stemostats. The bad reviews of this steamer do not seem accurate. I have not noticed any fire hazard, and I have not found another steamer on Amazon for this price range. It’s super easy to use and very safe as long as you don’t touch anything while it is hot, which is just using common sense. No leaks and no issues. The steamer is compact enough to put on a counter without taking up a ton of space. I appreciate the advice from reviews about using distilled water. I will look into that. Overall, this is a definite must have machine, and a MUST HAVE for life. I appreciate the makers of this machine.

I bought this in September 2022 and just yesterday opened and used it. Worked great! It didn’t come with the tweezers promised but I had a pair I used. Would have been much more helpful to have rubber tipped tweezers. Like someone else said would be nice if there could be a water level indicator. But very happy with it overall!

Been using it for a few weeks. Heats up very VERY! fast. You're really limited to cleaning one piece at a time with a brief delay while the pressure restores. You'll be impressed by the pressure and strength of the stream of steam. If you run out of water you should really wait for the whole unit to cool before refilling it for two reasons. 1. You might damage the heating element pouring cold water into a hot tank. 2. The cap will cool at a different rate of speed so if you put a cold cap on a hot tank it will leak a little until you let them both cool and tighten it properly. P.S. Using rubber tipped tweezers give you better grip that doesn't leave scratches.

If I could give this zero stars, I would. I returned the product. I followed the instructions as described. The steam would not come out after heating up. I pressed the button again as per the instructions and the button flew off and steam went everywhere from the top of the machine. I burned my hand badly.

I love the Steamfast Jewelry Cleaner. I was constantly stopping at my usual jewelry store to have my rings cleaned. I went there so many times that I was surprised they didn't charge me. I found this cleaner on Amazon and decided to give it a try. To my surprise it worked and my rings looked as good as when the jewelry store cleaned them. The best part being that I could use it at home anytime I wanted. I have had so many people notice my jewelry and ask me how I keep them so clean and sparkly. I love, love this product!

I am a firm believer- if you are going to wear diamonds, they must be clean & shiny. I have diamond earrings, tennis bracelets & tennis necklace etc. I clean them every day after I remove my jewelry. I was looking for a steamer to clean my jewelry and this is perfect. It’s about the size of a single cup Keurik. This steamer comes with a measuring cup so you don’t over fill the water reservoir. It has an on and off button. The ready button is on the top and once the blue light comes on, you’re ready to start steaming your jewelry. You can set it for continuous cleaning or you can do spurts of steaming. Seems well built. If you want your diamonds to shine then I recommend this steamer. The one thing I don’t know is how long this product will last. Hopefully I won’t be needing a new one for a few yrs.

Great machine, I’m using it to clean any rings I polish. Overall it’s great for the price and would buy it again. The only problem is the silicone seal. It broke within my first use. So I just bought silicone and glued it there to keep any access steam inside. I hope they create a better sealing method, but for a more professional setting don’t buy this.

Piece of crap. Already dead after ten months. Hasn’t even been used for a year.
