Efficient and well worth buying.
Easy to use and works well. Brushes tend to lose the soap quickly, but this doesn't. My back feels cleaner after using it.

Top comes off and we have had to glue it back on several times

Unsatisfactory
The loofah fell of the stick at first use, so I pushed the stick right through it, and glued it into place with superglue. The stick began to crack as soon as it got wet for the first time. I've been using this back-brush for a few weeks, and despite rinsing it thoroughly every day, it's going mouldy all over in a very unattractive way. Finally, the loofah is very hard, yet not at all rough, so it does nothing to clean my back. It's just like using a piece of smooth wood with shower cream on it. Unsatisfactory.

Total rubbish
Broke immediately on first use. Don’t waste your time. Now I have to send it back. For free sure. But just a pain. Should have read reviews. Loads of people having the same issue.
