What do I need for cleanup? Water? alcohol? thinner?

I would think it depended on what type fabric you are working with. We always used a dab of thinner on a cotton swab for hard surfaces or let it dry and peel it off.

Can this product work on gluing back Hypalon rubber to boat hull ? Hypalon came apart from hull due probably from heat.

I would say yes. Follow the application instructions and I'm sure it will work.

is this glue flexible?
