I've been buying this one for years, originally purchased at CostCo by my local CostCo stopped carrying it. It is the same sauce the company sells in smaller bottles at gourmet stores. So yummy. **Q: Does this product have to be refrigerated after opening?** A: Yes per label. Actually I had to look closely at my refrigerated bottle. The "Refrigerate after Opening" notation was covered by an additional white label added by a third party like a distributor. Label also says Contains no preservatives. **Q: What’s the difference when it’s listed on some bottles Razzpotle** A: I order all the time and have never noticed whether the bottles say something different...I just looked at my current bottle and the Razzpotle is missing...I always thought the Razzpotle was just a combo of raspberry/chipotle...the sauce is amazing and I am addicted! **Q: how can I check to be sure the product is good? The bottles appear to be somewhat worn and the use by date is not readable.** A: I would get in touch with the sender and ask them about the date. I can read mine. This is a wonderful product and I have ordered it several times. The date is always far out there from when I get it. I gave all mine away for gifts this year so I can't look at it.
