★★★★★ Great Little Power Inverter – Reliable and Easy to Use I've been very impressed with the BESTEK 500W Power Inverter. It delivers plenty of power for running small electronics and tools, and the dual USB ports are a nice bonus for charging phones and other devices at the same time. The included alligator battery clamps are heavy-duty and provide a solid connection to a 12V battery. I bought this to use when I go camping or hunting and it works great!

This one was working fine for 3days then it started turning off some time during the night. Each day I had to turn it back on so I returned it.

Where do I have to start??! This thing truthfully is amazing piece of invention. It's highly durable. I know because I tested it in multiple cars I got crashed pretty hard, stored in very high temperature above 130 degrees F at one point. It even gotten rained on. Yet it still charging really good. I have no issues charging small appliances and multiple electronics with this inverter. It's always been kept on the top of my work car dashboard directly exposed to hot California and Arizona Desert sun. All but one USB works. Fuse still original and as you can see. It definitely got serious aging. Rust buildup because of sun and occasional rain exposures. Also cables started to get worn out but it still working. I gave 4 star because I don't know where I can get purchase or get a replacement wiring for this little beast. would I recommend buying it. TOTALLY!! it may not be on the cheaper side. But it definitely feels durable, it's none like the other cheap plastic inverter you see online. It's made of metal casing and felt rugged. No noise issues om mine.

This inverter works great, I use it all of the time, for camping and in the semi.

The quality control and packaging is an atrocity. This is one of the more expensive units as we wanted something a little more reliable and sturdy. It arrived all beat up and bent and the top USB outlet was messed up. Right out of the box. I tried it out before our trip to make sure that it still works and thankfully, it did. We were still able to power the kids' devices for the duration of our road trip and it seemed like it'll work out alright. I'm not sure what kind of warranty it comes with or what it covers, but this thing took quite a beating during transit to my house so I'm keeping a close eye on it for any issues. Update: I was contacted by the seller shortly after I received the damaged unit and they offered to send me a replacement unit at no charge. The replacement arrived in much better shape. It was the same packaging as the old one so it's clear that the new unit may have had a "safer" trip than the first one. I gotta give them a lot of credit for their excellent customer service The person that I was emailing back and forth with was very friendly and respectful throughout our interactions. At times they were very insistent on me updating this review; I told them I would but since I'm reviewing the product, I would need time to use the inverter and get a feel for the quality and durability of it. We've made several trips with it and it works as advertised. It doesn't seem to get very warm and it's not noticeably noisy when the fan is on. The product and the customer service definitely earned their stars back. All in all, I'd recommend it for anyone looking for a power inverter for their vehicle.

I bought this to use during power outages. It does work fine. I used two of them. It was a bit clumsy because I had to bring batteries and these inverters into the home to operate some electronics (tvs, etc.). Keep the family(me too) entertained during the outage.

Works great with my CPAP machine. Light weight for camping, hunting and fishing trips. Very easy to use. I would definitely recommend this product. I had some question about using this device, i contacted Bestek and the customer service was amazing. They got back to me extremely fast and answered all of my questions.

J’avais besoin de cet appareil afin de faire fonctionner un ventilateur dans un camp de pêche sans courant. Tou a bien fonctionné sur une batterie à décharge profonde. Va être utile en camping également.

Très satisfait de cet achat. Très silencieux. Bien construit. J'ai fait un essai avec une ampoule au tungstène de 100 watts. À ma grande surprise la puissance tirée de la batterie est approximativement 100 W (8,1 A/12 V). Avec une ampoule fluorescente de 24 W (équivalente à 100 W) le courant tiré de la batterie est de 25 W (2 A/12 V). Donc transformation très efficace. J'ai d'ailleurs décidé de ne pas tirer plus de 240W de cet appareil de 500. Ce n'est pas un système portable, mais c'est parfait pour la maison. D'ailleurs l'ondulateur pourra être connecté à la deuxième batterie de ma Westfalia. Very satisfied with this purchase. Very silent. Well built. I did a test run with a 100 watt tungsten bulb. To my surprise the power drawn from the battery is approximately 100 W (8.1 A /12 V). With a 24 W fluorescent bulb (equivalent to 100 W) the current drawn from the battery is 25 W (2 A /12 V). So very effective transformation. I have also decided not to get more than 240W from this 500 device. It is not a portable system, but it is perfect for the home. Besides, the inverter can be connected to the second battery of my Westfalia.

One of the better converters I've bought that's a no name Chinese made unit. Using in my truck for charging devices. Quiet operation and solid construction
