Q: When fully charged ( 3 hrs) does light stay solid red or is it supposed to turn green on model 21005?

Mine turns green. But the first time I don't know how long it took. I plugged it in and forgot it till the next day. I know it doesn't last as long as I would like!

Q: Can I buy a bulb for the light?

No sure...it comes with it and haven't even had to change the batteries yet.
