I inherited an ancient family recipe for cannolis so I finally got to try it. I was very intimidated, by the process, but these tubes made it so easy! I just cut circles, wrapped them around it, fried them and then slid them out with complete ease as you can see in the video. So cleaning was very easy obviously and there was nothing to scrub.
