How big are this capsules?

These are a pretty standard size capsule...not too big at all...they are smaller than a fish oil or even a liquid advil...about like a tylenol capsule.

This product really helps glucose levels?

My endocrinologist recommended Designs for Health chromium, not picolinate. It has worked well for me since 2000. I take other Designs for Health supplements at her recommendation. She said if I follow her low carb diet and take the diabetic med, that I shouldn't have to go insulin, so far so good.

What type of Cinnamon is used?

I don’t see cinnamon on the ingredient list. The ingredients listed are vitamin D, zinc, manganese, Taurine, and vanadium.

It doesn't show yeast as an ingredient but I suggest contacting the manufacturer to make sure.
