Is this crash tested?

It doesn’t need to be it’s an accessory not the actual seatbelt. Your five point harness is what needs to be crash tested, this is the equivalent of putting a toy on there, it serves no purpose except to prevent arms slipping through.

Would this work with the joie 360 car seat?

If you are about to undo the shoulder straps from the back of the seat then yes if not it won’t fit. As you need to thread the through to use it

How do you get the car seat straps through the holes of the clip as is doesn't have an opening?

These only work on car seats where the straps unhook completely for you to thread them through

Are these legal in the UK?

Yes. They are an accessory. They do not replace the five point harness.
