Great in salt air
Great item Have used liquid and aerosol versions of this product. Coats metal very well. Also use on painted outdoor ornaments. I live on the ocean and it protects against damage from our salty air environment better than anything else that I used. Very glossy and somewhat expensive but itโs the best product for me.

Does exactly what it claims
Do another layer after drying. Left out in rain and it did not rust!

Worked great on a rusty fence with pealing paint!
I found an old rusty fence that I wanted to use for a pot rack in the kitchen. It had many layers of pealing paint that I wanted to keep. I scrubbed the loose paint off with a wire brush and water and then sealed it with this product, and it turned out great. The colors were more vibrant and shiny than before. I did the two fences in the photo and had to use four spray cans.

Not sure best way to purchase
I ordered on line thus the pkg definitely was shakes, When you read the label of this very expensive product it states shanking may cause bubbles. Guess it being mailed? caused the bubbles on my item. To me it isnt worth the price. I hope time makes me wrong!

Good stuff.
I've used this on several metal yard ornaments and it has held up great in the scorching desert sun and heat, cold winter nights and 3 to 4 month long rainy seasons as well as winter snow.

Aerosol Everbrite
Update: I also contacted the distributor and they promptly sent me one additional can, no charge. So, given the company was willing to resovle the complaint so quickly and without delay, I improved my rating. So far things have sealed up well,. I purchased 3 cans of Everbrite for $38 each. I used them to seal a new metal deck railing and the application was simple, applied with a level even motion. All three cans ran out of aerosol propellant with at least 1/3 of the contents still in the can. For $38 a can, I expect every drop to be used. Very disappointed with the quality of this product. I would not purchase again.

I like the Everbrite better for two reasons - it is ...
I've been polishing exterior brass door handles that have become very tarnished. After getting them bright and shiny, the issue then becomes whether to spray them with brass lacquer or Everbrite to preserve them from future tarnish. I've been trying both. I like the Everbrite better for two reasons - it is a more substantial coating that covers very well in two coats (as opposed to needing 3-4 for the lacquer), dries quickly, and levels itself well. Xylenol works very well to level out any overspray or drips that develop. What I cannot say yet is how long the Everbrite will last and preserve the shiny brass finish. We know lacquer in time wears out or I wouldn't have all these brass door knobs to rehab.
