Elite Gourmet EGL-6101 Personal Stir Fry Griddle Pan, Rapid Heat Up, 650 Watts Non-stick Electric Skillet with Tempered Glass Lid, Red

I needed a lower watt electric skillet for my rv. The one I had was 1500 watts and it pulled too much power on a 30 amp service. I like this skillet because it heats fast, cooks evenly, has a lid and is non stick. It's small so instead of 4 pancakes I can make 3 ( but they stick together). It scrambles 5 eggs easily. Or 4 eggs over easy. Today I'm making salisbury steak and will only be able to make 2 at a time instead of 4. I'm making the gravy in my InstantPot because this skillet is too shallow for both the steaks and gravy. Overall, it's a good skillet for 1 or 2 people ( and a dog).

This is a compact version to my regular skillet and is cute as can be. I purchased a few mini utensils for it. The skillet works wonderfully well. I cooked about 1lb. of meat at a time with it. It also cooks vegetables very well.

A quick wipe with a paper towel or a rinse with soapy water, and it’s clean. 🔴 Doesn’t Take Up Much Space – I love that it’s small enough to store easily. I don’t have much counter space, so this is a huge plus! What Could Be Better: ⚠️ No Temperature Control – It gets hot quickly, but there’s no way to adjust the temperature, which means I have to watch my food closely to avoid overcooking. Final Thoughts: Overall, I really like this little electric skillet. It’s great for quick meals, especially when I don’t feel like using the stove. If you’re cooking for just yourself and need something compact, easy to clean, and fast-heating, this is definitely worth considering.

Fast shipping. good quality and I love the size. I use mine at work in our shared kitchen. Cooks whatever I need and cleans easy. Non-stick is not peeling or chipping. The only con is the temperature is not adjustable.

This is ideal for quick, small meals. The surface is small and has a low lip so it is ideal for small meals that do not need a lot of liquid. It does not have a way to control the temperature and the heat is focused mostly in the middle. Once you understand this and adjust accordingly, it is simple enough to use. It heats up quickly and cleans easily if you do not let it sit dirty for too long. It is convent to use. The cord is also very short, but that makes sense for safety reasons. It is small and light weight, making it great as a portable solution.

Great for truck drivers, camping and singles. Perfect for smaller portions.

I was looking for a small griddle/cooker to use.This one seemed so perfect. Perfect size,ease of use and clean up...then i used it today for the first time.I cooked a hamburger in it and it made such a mess!! There is only one setting-- High. It heated up very fast and started cooking immediately. I was impressed...until grease started flying everywhere. There is a glass lid but it only sits over the cooker..it is NOT "sealed" in any way. I would imagine its to let steam escape but grease was just flying out of it! I had to turn it off. I think this might be great for cooking up a couple eggs or scrambling them. But you have to watch it continuously.If it had a "low" setting it would be so much better. Not going to give up on it yet...i will find other things to cook in it,maybe stir fried veggies or grilled cheese sandwiches.

Nice little skillets. Just right for 2 people. Nice finish and easy to clean.

i love this pan. It is efficient and easy to clean.. it is a good size for a small meal..maybe one steak. A nice omelette for one or two people or two eggs and 4-6 breakfast sausages (to reheat) would fit in together. The pan heats evenly unlike my last larger pan that would be cooler on the outsides..

fist problem is you cant control temprature, it heat up quickly so you cant proper boil you food,only two ore three uses and this coil was burn,if u want to return then u pay return charges , so dont buy this probuct, better search another product
