I have now found a much better alternative ### ⭐⭐⭐ Too small for hedgehogs *by G***D on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 8 May 2017* I bought this for a different creature, but it is definately too small for hedgehogs. Awful bright silver roof, not good for camoflage. Okay for my purposes though.Update... its a couple of weeks later and our resident rat has moved in. She takes up half the chamber, so still too small for hedgehogs. The fact it has no floor is what we wanted, as it gives her more escape options. Also means she has left the proper hedgehog house to the hedgehogs, so all are happy. ### ⭐ the material is poor and I had to use my woodworking "nouse" to ... *by P***N on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 10 May 2018* This is the cheapest, nastiest item I have purchased in many a year. None of the holes lined up correctly, the material is poor and I had to use my woodworking "nouse" to get it to fit together. The inner panel is useless as no large male hedgehog could possibly negotiate it. I've only kept it as a bet with a friend and the only reason I gave it one star is that it arrived on time and all the components are present. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.sn/products/91796950-gardigo-90568-hedgehog-home-natural-wooden-hedgehog-house-and-hibernation](https://www.desertcart.sn/products/91796950-gardigo-90568-hedgehog-home-natural-wooden-hedgehog-house-and-hibernation) --- *Product available on Desertcart Senegal* *Store origin: SN* *Last updated: 2026-10-06*
