Im so happy with this. Its very well made and the wood is treated, so hopefully it will last a few years. So worth the money. I just hope hedgie will use it lol

I hunted for hours online looking at reviews and asking AI for opinion, then I took a chance and ordered this one. Its absolutely perfect! Arrived very well packaged and already put together, nothing for me to do - Very recommended on size, sturdiness, comfort for little ones and well made

New purchase. Prompt arrival. Well made. Sturdy. Roof comes off and has two plastic locks so easy to lock roof on. Wide door for hogs to get in and two chambers. We have a small dome hog house which the hog does go in but not as well made as this one so decided to upgrade to penthouse apartment!. Time will tell if it provides hibernation habitat but so far I have an infra red camera and it films the hog every night in the hog corner!. I do put hedgehog food out for them so feel that this helps lure them. So far I see hogs and a field mouse frequenting most nights , no rats. If it helps these little creatures then money well spent and lovely to see them on the infra red. Educational for children and adults alike

I was satisfied with the product. It's robust and functional. It looks exactly as shown in the pictures. I don't think it's quite worth the price but this was a close thing so I never had any hesitation in keeping it. It's fully assembled so its ease-of-use is effortless. Simple place it where you think the hedgehogs will appreciate it and that's it! I looks durable and safe for hedgehogs. Note: Don't fill it with bedding - hedgehogs prefer to make their own nest.

Good Hog house, sturdy and well made. Partition inside could be more secure though, bit flimsy and can see it breaking easy. Added a tray to the roof and put on a rubber mat to improve protection from rain. Plenty of action last night, not sure if they are fighting or loving. Both came out it alive 🤣 Have also ordered the deluxe model due to the success of this one.

For those looking to buy a hedgehog shelter, this represents very good value for money. I bought this as a gift and was genuinely surprised by the build quality after spending an unhealthy amount of time researching the pros and cons of various such shelters. This is basically built like a miniature garden shed, with a detachable roof which is held down by sturdy latches, keeping occupants safe and sheltered, but also making it easy to clean. The internal area is sectioned off between entrance and main 'den' area, again to keep occupants safe and sheltered from the cold. As I've read on other reviews, I'd recommend getting some sturdy plastic on the flooring to help make cleaning out easier and also furnish the internals with some straw. Also, to increase the longevity of the lifespan for this shelter, I would consider glueing on some small "feet" to the base to raise it off a damp ground, and perhaps put a base of small gravel chippings or dry kiln sand underneath to improve drainage of any rain away from the shelter. You could even place straw under the shelter if you have added some feet underneath it, to improve heat insulation. I'd recommend strong plastic feet so water doesn't soak up. Cheers.

Love this Hedgehog house. Well built with a solid floor and safe sleeping area. Would buy this again.

Geräumiges Schlaf- oder Futterhaus, auch für ausgewachsene Igel geeignet. Durch einen seitlichen Schlitz kann Feuchtigkeit (z.B. Atemluft des Igels) abziehen, so dass Schimmelbildung vermieden wird. Ob das Haus wetterfest ist, kann ich noch nicht sagen, es sieht aber danach aus. Gute und stabile Holzqualität und bestens verarbeitet. Das Dach ist abschüssig, so dass Regen gut ablaufen kann. Das Häuschen wird bereits zusammengebaut geliefert. Dafür gäbe es von mir sogar noch einen 6. Stern, wenn dies möglich wäre. Auf jeden Fall Kaufempfehlung!

Le compré esta casita a mi erizo con la mala suerte que estaba enfermo y murió antes de poderla disfrutar... así que solicité el reembolso y su devolución con gran sorpresa de que no hacía falta devolverla por dicho motivo, para mi es un gran detalle de su parte.

La casetta per il riccio è arrivata nei tempi previsti. In previsione dell' autunno l' ho subito sistemata in giardino e coperta con una tettoia in plexiglass per ripararla dalla pioggia. Ho messo dentro del fieno e le crocchette e sin dalla prima sera il riccetto, attratto dal cibo, l' ha utilizzata per mangiarci dentro. Diventerà anche il suo nascondiglio, dove trascorrere in letargo il periodo invernale? Chissà, io sono molto contento dell' acquisto e lo consiglio.

Petite maison pour mes 3 herissons , tres solide, tres esthétique, par contre petit bémol les jeunes chats peuvent rentrer chercher la gamelle des herissons depuis donc je sors le tunnel en bonne partie a l exterieur et les chats n aiment pas du tout donc ne rentrent pas du tout ni petits ni plus gros

Ein sehr schönes stabiles Igelhaus. Es wäre noch besser wenn eine Rattenklappe drin wäre. Meine Igel im Garten nehmen es gerne an. Es wurde schnell geliefert, auspacken und aufstellen. Habe Zeitungspapier rein gelegt, da Igel ja nicht unbedingt zu den saubersten Tieren gehören. Die sauen ganz schön beim fressen rum. Somit kann man dann das Haus leicht reinigen und sauber halten. Neues Papier rein und fertig.
