But that person will not be me.*update* So I have found out that Silica Gels can be added to medication but we don't see it much here in the UK.So I can take them being rest assured that the silica gel hasn't effected the product. ### ⭐ Can’t read the wrapper. *by S***� on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 28 November 2020* Biotin is rich in foods like bananas, carrots, cooked egg yolks, sardines, nuts, legumes, brewer's yeast, nutritional yeast, liver, cauliflower, salmon, and mushrooms but if you’re not eating a balanced diet and your hair and nails are suffering it’s good to take Vitamin and Mineral supplements.... just not from this company...It’s too expensive...£10 for one month.£29 for two months.£43 for three months.£85 for 6 months.The pricing makes no sense.Every pill bottle should be clearly labelled with clear instructions on how much to take daily.
