Only gripe is the sizing they do come up big. The problem I have is I used to be a strongman and now I'm preparing to compete as a bodybuilder I still can't quite fathom buying anything under an xl I ordered medium after much measuring and deliberation and it's ok but when I drop the next inch will be useless I currently measure 32 around navel pulled tight. I should have listened to other reviewers saying size down but like I said I haven't quite got used to being lean yet. This belt is a solid investment for anyone doing any form of strength training personally though I would use a prong belt for maximal lifts not because you can't trust this belt I just feel the conical shape leaves me feeling a little exposed around the obliques and if I'm going for a 1 rep max I like feeling like an anaconda is about to devour me. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I took a gamble on the sizing... *by J***Y on 4 September 2019* Great belt...
