This product works, but, make sure, there is an undershirt that goes under the tummy trimmer and also invest in anti-itch cream or spray. Please don't wear this product on bear skin because it can cause skin irritation or rash depending on the person. The itch will be overwhelming and it caused me to be uncomfortable for a very long time. I don't want this to happen to anyone.I used this product because I joined the Army, and they wanted me to lose weight. The code is AR600-2 inside the military, when it comes to the overweight requirement. So far, each time when I report to work, they use measuring tape to check my progress. This product help while I was going to the gym everyday for the past few weeks. The real test will be when they use measuring tape to check my waistline again. I want to be under their requirement this time. I'm a soccer player, and during practice and in training I would use this and wear it under my jersey/workout shirts. Talk about sweating bullets. Without a doubt something that can only "work" when being active. With the amount of sweat released I went down 2 pant sizes within the past 3 months. I do recommend this product, but beware of how gross you will feel afterwords. :p

The item seems to have a pretty wide range for fit- my only issues are that it is somewhat difficult to velcro on yourself and the smell is overwhelming. Straight out of the package and into my closet- within hours my closet smelled like chemicals.

It seems like it should be a straightforward waist trimmer but for only $8 i got what I paid for.The product itself is just a long wide black strip that you wrap around your belly and it closes with a velcro line at the end. When i take it off I do see all the water that I sweated during the time it was worn and some results in my belly area which is where the 2 stars come from.The Cons: My trimmer wasn't blue like in the picture and although Im still unsure why this happened, I have developed marks on my belly. Similar to like small bruises and the only thing I can think of that has caused this was me wearing this during my power walks. I never had these before and because of that, I decided to stop wearing it and maybe look for a different product.

got it today.. first, I dd not get it on time,.. 2nd I'm disappointed with the quality.its so thin, I was expecting its thicker like what I had before,,but yeah its thin..not happy..but I guess cheap price cheap quality.

It was black not blue, smaller than appeared , but it does make you sweat.
