Lifesaver!!
I slipped on ice (in Florida!) and broke my hip. This item enables me to use the toilet independently (my preferred method) and makes it quite comfortable and easy to stand up and sit down. I like that it's freestanding. We didn't use the suction-cup feet, because it stays firmly on the floor w/o them. If you have a very low toilet, you might consider a different adaptive device, but this works great with our fixtures. It also doesn't take up much floor space beyond the toilet. It is slightly wobbly--not super heavy duty--but feels stable. Hopefully I won't need it for long, but this safety frame was worth every penny.

Easy to put together and increases safety/independence
This has helped my husband after his back surgery and me after my appendectomy (all in one week) this is a great product and great price for the piece of mind

Wobbly
Even with clips in place and suction feet firmly on the floor, this wobbles and is unsteady. One of the clips came out on its own somehow, due to the wobbly movement probably. Then, when I put it back in place after replacing the clips, one of the suction feet wouldn’t hold and so it kept pushing against the toilet seat and was even more wobbly. I also am unable to open my legs wide enough to wipe properly when it is in place. I purchased this in advance of surgery and am glad I have the chance to test it while I’m still steady on my feet. Since it is essentially a walker, I’m trying to figure out how to best position it to help me stand from a seated position - to keep my balance - without fear of falling without relying on it to be weight bearing. If I can’t figure that out, it will be useless to me for its intended purpose. On the plus side, it is very easy to assemble. It came with two suction feet and, if I don’t want to use those, it also had two regular non-slip feet that look like they will be easy to install. It is of good solid metal and looks like it will last a good long time. There is a foam padding on the handles that help to keep hands from slipping. When not in use, I can fold it up and store it under the bed.For the wobble and unsteadiness, I would rate this three stars, but I give it four because of ease of assembly and storage, the overall sturdy nature of construction, and the assumption that a smaller, lighter-weight person may not have the same difficulty with unsteadiness and ability to adequately clean oneself in use.

Stand-alone feature is a plus
I like that this toilet safety rail system is stand-alone so it can be removed for better access to cleaning the toilet and the surrounding area. The suction cups are "heavy duty" and really keep the rails stable. One thing to note, however: The suction cups ONLY work on a solid surface. They will not hold if their placement is across a grout line(s). Our bathroom is small with the toilet located next to the bathtub. Because of the way the tile was placed on the floor between the bottom of the toilet and the side of the tub, we had to switch the suction cups to the FRONT legs so get a solid connection that made the rails steady.

Practical And Nice Looking
This handrail device is a good buy. It's a pleasant powder blue and aluminum tubing with grey foam handgrips on the upper surface. Nice looking, especially in comparison to most of the similar devices on Amazon.I didn't need to use the suction cups, the regular rubber crutch tips are fine in my bathroom. When you set it up there's an option to fix the arms in the open position or allow them to fold up like a walker. I chose that and just lean it against a wall when I'm not using it, it's not in the way. There's not much to know about it obviously, but the build quality, design, and color make it a good choice. I recommend it.

You will need a hammer to tap the legs so the button click
My husband is very ill , so everything is up to me. This was shipped in manufacturer box. It was very old and dirty and looked like it had been retapped shut. A hammer is needed to tap legs so button click. They is nothing to keep it from banging against toilet. The suction cups don’t work on our tile floor. It also has a big scrape on the blue part that faces toilet. I thought I was buying a new product?

Great Stability
I purchased this for a 95-year-old parent, and it provides excellent balance and stability to move to and from the toilet to a walker. One thing to note: behind the toilet was a shelving unit that stood from legs on either side of the toilet water tank. The legs of this safety rail unit hit the legs of the shelving unit, so I had to remove the shelving unit. With that minor modification, the safety rail unit works perfectly. It doesn't move when in use, is well-constructed, and isn't an eye-sore in the bathroom that can trip other users. It's also light weight, has simple height adjustments, is easily removeable, and lightweight. I would buy it again and can recommend this product and seller to you.
