have had this TV integrated into our home for over a week now and really enjoy it. Setting it up was very easy as well. Can't use the mounting bar, as it turns out, due to the lack of "swivel" action. Will need to order a different mounting device. But picture quality is pretty good and it was well-packaged so no shipping issues.

DO NOT BUY THIS TELEVISION!!! It is a piece of junk. Now we can be sitting watching a program and the sound will completely go out and then the lord only knows when it will come back on. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER TV FROM AMAZON!!! I'll go to a retail store and pay double the price before I'd buy from Amazon again. Very disappointed in Amazon for selling a piece of junk like this...I wish I could give it less stars, one is too many... We've had it only six months, save your money and go somewhere else to buy your next TV

I bought this TV on Black Friday - 2018 and it worked perfectly for a year.This TV is warrantied by Samsung for 1 year (residential).A few days ago (~3 months outside of warranty coverage), the middle right backlight panel suffered a partial failure, causing it to darken a bit. Today, as the photo shows, the furthest left went out completely. Unbelievable.Buy this TV if you want to buy another one in a year.

I bought this in a Fred Meyer store in late September 2019 it is now February, 24,2022 and the screen looks horrible with burnt out back lights I need to have the contrast up hide because of my visual impairments and the ambient light in this room with many windows.I don't know whether it's worth fixing this thing or not.This smart TVs are a huge disappointment when it comes to how long they last compared to the old ones that would last 20 to 30 years.
