All you can ask for in a Bob haircut, the hair came 5 days before I expected it. The package came very well packaged and enclosed. Hair had no smell to it, I experienced no shedding. I had no problems fitting it.did not need any alterations straight out the package. Hair is soft yet not too thick, just right. Was not hot with it on, no tangles. Gave it a bump with the flat iron really didn't need to. All in all I will be ordering again. The length, and the color are perfect. I am so glad that I didn't have to cut the bangs, that might have been disastrous. The hair is very soft and does not tangle easily, and at this point, it has not shed.I chose the natural color, it looks brown in the light, but black at a distant. There was also no odd odors or a chemical smell to this unit. I was relieved about that.I did hot-curl the unit, it takes little to no maintenance to style this unit.
