These exercises are really helping me get back into shape slowly from knee surgery. I couldn’t wait until I got this. The ball was easy to inflate and has a comfy feeling and texture. It’s fun to use. These exercises are deceptively simple. I did too much the first day and had muscle aches, so am now working up slowly. I was shocked at how much the ball aroind the middles exercises helped my core. Who knew you could do that in a chair? I hope to work up to doing these standing. You can tell the exercises are from a PT. They helped so much that I ordered the other kit with the bands. Next month I’ll order the hand one. Having good safe exercises that work and address senior needs with a little equipment for fun keeps me motivated to keep moving! Thank you!

I just love my yellow ball! It was easy to inflate. I like the quality of the ball. The exercise book is great, too.I wanted it because I have regular workouts with an exercise physiologist (a trained Trainer).We use Facetime for the workouts because of Covid- 19. She incorporates this ball in my workouts.It was a good purchase!

The videos are confusing I couldn’t get mine to work but the ball itself is really nice .

The ball is to large for most , silver sneakers use approx 5 to 6 inch ball Pump is great .

The product came in well packaged. The inflation process was easy too especially with the pump. I didn’t undergo any troubles with the set up part of the product. My grandparents are around their late 70’s. My grandma having diabetes, breast cancer, and other comorbidities. My grandpa has a pacemaker. Due to covid and pricey physical therapy sessions (if you pay out of pocket) the product will do the job. They like how the ball is grippy and sturdy. The material isn’t too thick but it sure isn’t gonna puncture easily. I received it yesterday and they’ve been using it since last night. I do recommend these for those elderly for regular exercise and stretches so they can promote mobility, strength, and endurance. I’m a physical therapy student and I do see the exercises on the pamphlet to be accurate. You should always consult a physician on the intensity of the workouts but in general, this is a great product!!

I bought this product because I am disabled and have mobility issues which makes it hard to exercise and work out. I wanted to improve my strength and balance. This product is great because all of the exercises are in a seated position but if your balance is better most can be done standing as well. I can really feel it work my core and know it will help me reach my goals. Exercises are easy to understand and product works as described.

I got this for my Mom (85 yrs old). It arrived when it was supposed to and seems to be of very good construction. I just got it to her today but she thinks it is going to do just fine and was glad there were instructions for stuff she may or may not have done in rehab for a fall she took a couple years ago. We are very optimistic.

There wasn't anything I didn't like. The ball is a great size for upper body exercises. Recently I had a knee replacement and the ball is the perfect size for foot slides. It's also very easy to hold. The outer surface of the ball isn't slippery. The coating helps you hold on to the ball easily. Also, my grandchildren love to play with it when they come over. It was a good investment.
