Absolutely love these organic flat seeds! Super fresh with a rich, nutty flavor. They add the perfect crunch to my breakfast bowls and baked goods. The organic quality really makes a difference, you can taste the purity.

(Mrs) I bought these because a doctor said they are good for lowering blood pressure. I eat a teaspoon per day, either crushing them or chewing them very well to release the good stuff. They don’t have a strong flavor and they taste good. I read recently that it’s better to store them in the fridge.

This sounds odd, but this product works pretty well in helping to have bowl movements. The taste isn't bad. I put it in yogurt a lot.

This is a great health supplement at a reasonable price. Adds crunch to many dishes.

I use these flax seed to soak overnight to make flax seed gel for face & hair masks… works like a charm!! I’ve never eaten them so I can’t comment on that aspect but they def serve their purpose for making flax seed gel. Will purchase again!
