This stuff is like lubrication for the brain. Thats the best way I can describe it. I can spit stuff out a little better when I'm talking and thinking at the same time. Been on it for about 6 months. Its worth it in my opinion but it isn't some kind of miracle tonic that will make you look like Jocko. But mentally it really helps.

Great value for your money! The pill size makes them easy to take and the taste of them isnt bad at all.

Fantastic!! I love these when I need to focus for work or a project. Caffeine sometimes just makes my heart race but my brain is still tired. Jocko gives actual energy and focus to your brain.

I am pretty much a stim freak. I found jocko to be not as strong but I found the sweet spot by taking 4 instead of 3 and stacking with 400 mg of l theanine. By themselves I didn't feel as much focus. I do feel conversations and speeches seem to be more fluid less brain scatter trying to think of what to say. When stacked with l theanine and taking 4 of them the energy is also sustained for about 6 to 7 hrs. It's important to know your stim threshold and there's nothing wrong with stacking to make it better. Still ,Jocko fuel it is a very good combo.

I’m less than a week into using this product and can already feel the benefits. I’ve used ashwaghanda and products with several of the other ingredients here in the past with some smaller effects but not to the extent of Jocko Go. It’s not an immediate reaction and you should definitively gauge your tolerance. The recommended dose is 3 pills 1-2x daily. I started with 1 in the morning and then 2 in the afternoon. I’m now doing 2 twice daily. What I feel most from this product is a big reduction in brain fog, increased mental clarity, and a slight boost to energy/motivation. I’ve also been a fairly consistent gym go’er for most of my life and now at 36 i sometimes feel that mid workout drag, this has eliminated that even 6-7 hours after my second dose. Overall I’m very pleased and will be ordering again.

First time ever trying nootropics and I have to honestly say that it worked for me. I usually drink 2 only instead of the full serving size (3 capsules), but that's enough to give me energy and focus to keep me going in the afternoons. Sometimes I'll use it in the mornings as well and it gives me great focus and eliminates that morning grogginess. It's nothing crazy and it doesn't give me jitters compared to when I drink a lot of coffee. The effects, as far as stimulation is concerned, are mild its not crazy energy compared to a pre workout and sometimes I am left with a feeling of needing more because of how used to the jitterness I am when drinking caffeinated products. HOWEVER, it won't take me long to realize just how effective this product is when I am at work focusing on my duties and I feel this great sense of concentration, focus, mental stability and clarity. I truly recommend you give this product a shot. Like I said, this is my first nootropic product and I don't know if there's better value to be found in other supplements or individual products, but this product does what it claims to do and it comes from a person that I follow on social media and admire as well.

I feel the same mental clarity as a mushroom complex but it’s causing me to stutter, use the wrong words, and is causing trouble with sleep. I have started to consume half the amount of caffeine as usual since it has caused me trouble with falling and staying asleep. I have been taking this supplement for one week now and I have noticed a remarkable decrease in brevity. I’m not using the correct words when I speak, and I’ve started stuttering, which has never been an issue until I started this supplement.

Product arrived on time and without defect. I found it to be very effective when taken with my morning breakfast and a cup of coffee or caffeinated tea. I like it better than the Jocko drink as I don’t get the tangy aftertaste. Very good before a workout as well!
