Review: Not sure why they say it is "Pop Up" - So far this dispenser is working fine. When I first received it, there were no instructions, and honestly, I never thought I would need any, for this type of product. Well........ Suppose to be a "pop up" indicator, when you run low on chlorine. Not sure how to make that work. So I use it the opposite way. I put in at least 2, 3" tablets and it makes the red chlorine tongs, stick up. I guess when it goes down, you need more chlorine????? And you have to have a minimum of two 3" tablets to make it work this way. My old one, that rotted in the AZ sun, actually did pop up and was wonderful. I like the actual pop up indicator much better than this one, but oh well. Anyway, I just received this, and I have no idea how well this will last, in the AZ sun. Nothing here in AZ wears out, it just rots in the sun.
