Good deal
I recently made nut bars dipped in chocolate. The recipe called for salt to be drinker on to. This is the brand I chose and it’s perfect. The salt is a good flavor and easy to use. It takes very little but provides big flavor. This little package will last a long time.

Great finishing salt. I apply a pinch after cooking my steak and the flavor pops! Small amount and expensive but so worth it.

Good enough
This salt was noticeably better than the other brand with the purple paper container. Being from the same location, what's happening here is that probably this company has a better collecting spot in the area, and or the workers do a better job collecting the salt. Having said that, Guerande salt is saltier than other Fleur De Sel from around the world, and not as good giving taste. I don't like it that much but still good. There are better alternatives. If you insist in getting salt from Guerande, definitely get this one.
