Feels great to walk on barefoot, and is easy to clean. It will come very compressed, but sweeping with a stiff broom will fluff it back up very easily. I have experienced minimal shedding of the grass blades, a few will come off with aggressive brushing, but it is very durable. Hasn't faded in the sun after a few weeks, so colors seem to be UV resistant. I get a lot of compliments on it! I am using it as a cover for my concrete patio, but honestly, I can think of a million uses for it now that I have it. I'll definitely be buying more! Also, rubber backing allows water to pass through nicely, so it won't hold water. This would be great paired with a puppy pad to make a potty place for folks living in an apartment or people who can't easily let their pets out to potty. Just make sure you layer it with an absorbent pad underneath!
