Fortunately I had a screw driver to insert into the socket to rotate it, but if I didn’t I couldn’t have assembled it attaching the wheel to the body. So they should provide a metal handle insert for the provided socket too. Also the instructions could be better drawn or photographed. It was ambiguous how the wheels and handle should be oriented properly and I found myself looking at the website product pictures for verification - it should have been clearer from the assembly instructions alone.
