It's beautiful and good size. The best thing is that with kids, it's not glass crystals, so it doesn't break easily. It is a kit and does take some time to put together. Maybe there could be picture instructions as some parts were hard to understand? And a tool or suggestions to help open the ring to put the crystals on? I have a 10x12 gazebo that it will hang on for a party and it's beautiful. I don't think it's for outside use, so I plan on putting it inside after the party. It's super convenient to have it wired already as a plug-in option so I can have more time to think about where to permanently put it and still have it lite up to see the real deal.

My bathroom is all white I bought a picture frame and painted it silver with rhinestones glued in corners and hung it over the existing ugly square mirror in this rental apt. I put a few blue perfume bottles around and then put this blue chandelier up on swag line. I also added some clear crystals and added a small red china ornamental shoe hanging from centre bottom. This chandelier is made of plastic but you can't tell it looks like crystal. I get a lot of compliments on it. ---

I bought this to go in my office/craft/guest room b/c it was a really good price and had just the right amount of pop and fancy. It is a hard plastic but the quality is not lacking so don't let that deter you. I live in an apt and wasn't sure if this would work but it turned out perfectly and I will be able to reinstall the old light fixture (which was a globe) w/o a problem. I originally wanted a black chandelier but this is a lovely shade of red and even better when the light hits it. It does take some time to assemble but it's not difficult at all. I went to a lighting store to buy the bulbs and there were similar fixtures there for much for money. Also I wasn't sure if my local Walmart would have the right bulbs (small town) but they did. I bought halogen instead of incandescent and it lights the room very well. I paid about $95 and got this as an Amazon warehouse deal after seeing this for $140 on Ebay. I installed mine as a fixed chandelier so if you plan to do that option you will have to cut off the power cord. I am a young woman and installed this myself with the help of a friend for extra hands. I would reccommend a ladder, needle nose pliers, patience and Google. I watched a tutorial on Youtube and found some helpful instructions on the web bc the ones that came with it are a little hard for someone that hasn't done any lighting/electrical work before. Don't be afraid to hang it yourself esp. if you're handy or crafty. It was well worth the effort and money saved!

It's a great size I thought would be smaller because it says mini but nope! Great for the bedroom would not put in a living room unless you have a small one. I was hoping it would be more of like a sea foam color looks more GREEN to me and very tedious to set up I had to take a break with my husband we will finish it tomorrow but it looks great!!! Going in my daughters room :) she is almost 2 and she loves it so much when she saw it, made us happy!

It is plastic, but I hung it in the laundry room and do like the way it looks. If you want a chandelier that looks like glass this isn't it, but it is a fun one for where I put it.

Beware of Amazon Warehouse deals. Listing said it was misszing hardware. Some idiot cut the actual wire connection. Same as stealing IMO!

This chandelier exceeded my expectations. Great price and a great look. It is tedious to put together but once completed a very nice product.
