It appears well made and fit is true to size for me (XXL). The hood is a little small and it would be nice to have press studs on the pockets. But hey, for the price this is exceptional value. It is very warm and padded, so it’s really a winter coat. You won’t need many layers underneath to keep warm. How it performs in the rain, I don’t know yet, but I don’t expect issues as it’s well waxed and should protect against water ingress. Overall very pleased so far. I’ve now used the coat quite a lot in heavy rain. The waxing soon wears off and it doesn’t leak water. I’ve rewaxed it a couple of times now. If you want a coat that is extremely waterproof this may not be the one.
