i used to wear 12 (D) in Adidas athletic shoes ........ should i buy 12 here???

I switch between Adidas running shoes and these. I moved up a half of a size and its a snug fit. They broke in wonderfully. I'd definitely recommend going up the half size.

I am a female looking to buy these for myself...i usually wear size 8...what size i should buy these in???.

IN US sizes, women usually run 2 sizes smaller so probably a 6 or a 6 1/2 since other folks said you should go up a half size.
