I am not using this for anything serious, just something to put on my desk for me, and others, to play with. For that - I think it is perfect for the amount spent.The only thing with this compared to some that cost much more, is that the ball joints at the hips don't turn to the side. They allow the upper legs to move up and down, but they don't allow them to swing to the side (like you would if you were straddling a horse). Honestly, it's a very minor thing given the price.I highly recommend this for someone that just wants something fun, or even for some arts folks, as long as you don't need the legs to swing from front to the side.

It's a nice product. Some of the joints are really hard to move and others are slippery, and the thumb can't extend at all. So the poses you can make are limited. It's ok for the price, and it looks very pretty on my desk.

Very nice and fun for kids

I used this to make a marionette for a “Sound of Music” decoration and it worked great!

Idk if this is just standard with these types of drawing figures, but there are many poses a real person can easily do that this product could not, although I don't have much to compare it to. I was disappointed. The proportions also don't seem realistic. Other than that, it's definitely sturdy. It's still an improvement in comparison to drawing from your imagination if you're trying to make a drawing look realistic.

Great product

My husband thought our 9 year old artist: He loves to write stories, and draw characters, would benefit from this artist mannequin to show him various poses and what the mannequin would look like for drawing. When he received it at Christmas he was enthralled. He played with it off an on all night--striking all kind of poses. I think it will be something great for his artistic skills.

That's my nickname for my new little pal! Proportions are true but the joints take two handed adjustment.But she's a great dancer! Ha-ha!
