It's fine
I bought this for use on an extended trip to East Africa. I was worried about the comments about build quality -- thankfully the build wasn't as bad as I thought, although it wasn't great, either. I have definitely seen a lot worse in the shops overseas. The cord is sturdy and the plug also seemed to be of good build, although the plastic body seemed a touch flimsy. That being said, one of the sockets didn't work for me -- must've been dead or a bad connection. It's pricey for what you get but at the same time options are slim in the US for power strips with another country's plug, so take what you can get. Also, the international plugs were great and saved me having to use adaptors for everything. All in all I'm glad I had it.

Not a surge protector!
Advertised (at this writing) as "Universal Power Strip 6 Outlets - 100V to 220V/250V and 2550 Watts Surge Protector - With circuit breaker - Universal worldwide outlets - UK plug"This is NOT a typical use of the words "surge protector": it is a power strip (with a circuit breaker -- the red reset switch on the end) and two USB ports (which can be turned on or off with the black switch on the end). if you're looking to prevent voltage spikes and surges destroying sensitive electronic equipment, this offers only reset circuit protection: it appears this trips, like a typical circuit fuse, when the load exceeds 2500 watts (i.e, 10A @250V) -- most likely this means you dropped the hair dryer in the sink and it shorted. Most surge protectors will advertise they respond within nanoseconds of a voltage spike. This one? unknown. (See package photo -- not sure if the photo upload is waiting or missing? which doesn't include the vendor's "<1ns " claim). Further, it's customary (for US manufacturers) to offer some sort of financial indemnity if a power surge damages your equipment. This offers none (which isn't surprising since it's better considered as a power strip). Finally, the device has no typical regulatory certs: no UL, no CE, no CSA.

Great for charging all the gadgets overnight to be ready ...
Brought on a trip with my family to Europe. we were able to keep all our US chargers (as long as they were 220v compatable) and share outlets, Great for charging all the gadgets overnight to be ready for the adventure the next day! Build quality was not great but sufficient for the purpose, light and relatively small, easy to pack.

Only thing of its type I could find
My buddy living in Dublin asked me to pick up a power strip for him with the ability to use American plugs. It works great, but is not of the highest quality. All in all, it gets the job done.

I'm very satisfied with this product
For my usage in the UK, I'm very satisfied with this product. The housing, cord and plug appear and feel durable. I'm not sure how much impact or abuse they can withstand, but I don't intend on subjecting this unit to much abuse, merely plug into the wall supply and plug in my devices. I have not opened the outlets' assembly to see what's inside nor have I tested the built-in circuit breaker, but, I did find a 13 Amp fuse in the plug (located between the power pins and the ground pin). In my opinion, it's worth the price.

Does the job I needed it for
I needed this for some studio lights that came from the UK along with a transformer. It works just the way it should. Only minor criticism is that with the UK plugs, you can't plug them into adjacent sockets - they are a little too close together. But for my needs it's perfect.

works well
I use this in the UK and East Africa. I plug this into the outlet, and then all of my US chargers into the strip. Since the US chargers have built in 110/240V capability, it works great to charge all of your electronics overnight while travelling.

It is just OK
Did not impressed with it quality wise and slots are either loose or tight - but it served the purpose and did not spoiled my trip...
