I am very happy with this fish pellet food. The pellets are the perfect size, easy for my fish to eat, and they don’t cloud the water. My fish eagerly swim to the surface during feeding time and seem more active and healthy. The packaging is good, and the food stays fresh for a long time. Not safe for aquarium fish – extremely disappointing experience
I bought Taiyo fish food for my home aquarium, which had goldfish, angelfish, and a bala shark. Unfortunately, my experience with this product was extremely disappointing and concerning. The pellets have a noticeable artificial color coating, and as soon as they were added to the tank, the color began dissolving into the water. This raised an immediate red flag. Within just 3 days of using this food, all of my fish died. Prior to this, they were healthy and active, so the sudden loss strongly points to the food being harmful. The water also showed visible discoloration from the food, which is not something I’ve experienced with other brands. This makes me seriously question the safety and quality of the ingredients used. I would strongly advise against buying this product if you care about the health and safety of your fish. This has been a very upsetting experience, and I would never recommend it to anyone.
