I buy canned fruit in its own juice (or fresh fruit and add a little water) and grind it up in the blender. Fill these zip lock top freeze pops sleeves with the liquid and zip closed. Label with the flavor (Some fruits like peach and mango are hard to tell apart by color). Freeze overnight. A nice snack to cool you down in the summer. Kids love them and you don't have to worry about them getting wound up on sugar or ingesting harmful chemicals, dyes, and syrups.

We popped the yogurt in the blender with some frozen fruit and a bit of sweetener and poured the mixture into the baggies. The kids have been snacking on frozen yogurt pops ever since! These sleeves are easy to use and best the pants off trying to use a popsicle tray of some sort. We simply gathered them in a ziplock and popped thr ziplock in the freezer. Easy least! No leakage!
